Farmer demonstrations in the Netherlands

Dr Bradley speaks to Philip van den Brink, owner of Nutrisign in the Netherlands, who shares some insight into the farmer demonstrations taking place in the country regarding new legislation around ammonia emissions, which will have a huge impact on the agricultural industry. They also highlight the role and impact of weather conditions and the energy crisis, which are being felt worldwide.

Highlights from the World Pork Expo and National Animal Science Meetings

Q2 of 2022 has been a busy quarter for the swine industry with trade shows and various meetings back in action. Dr Bradley features some highlights, innovations and interviews from her time at the World Pork Expo in June, including a chat with Christine Snowden from Ohio State University, Brian Strobel with Gestal, and Ric Karlin with JIMDI.

Dr Bradley also shares her interview with Dr Mike Tokach from Kansas State University at the National Animal Science Meetings, also in June. She also highlights her discussion with Shannon Dierking from South Dakota State University around the work that she is doing on reproduction, biomarkers, vaginal gene expression and gilt development.
