When completed, the 8,400 square metre facility, a $20 million investment, will consolidate Novus’s headquarters and the Novus International Research Center into a single, flagship global facility.
In addition to office space, the building will include ten research laboratories, an employee and customer training centre, a fitness centre, and a library.
Facilitate
The office space will facilitate collaboration with employees sharing an open, common space. The building will include a multitude of meeting spaces ranging from large conference rooms to ‘huddle spaces’ for small, private meetings.
“We believe that the design of our new headquarters will encourage a more natural cross-collaboration between functions, improving productivity and encouraging innovation,†explained Don Vondriska, director, Novus business development.
The Novus International global headquarters is expected to be complete in late summer 2008.
