New antibiotic strategy discovered for respiratory disease

Tulathromycin is the first of a new antimicrobial class triamilide. It is the longest acting, single-done antibiotic therapy for the management of respiratory infections. The swine sector’s introduction to Pfizer Animal Health product has begun with market launches, underway in Europe.
