Miratorg Q1 results: pork production 70%, fodder 135%
Miratorg, Russia’s premier pork and animal feed producer, announces its first quarter results, Bloomberg reports.
Miratorg Agribusiness Holding, Russia’s largest pork and animal-feed producer, said pork and fodder output rose in the first quarter from the same period last year.
Pork production by live weight, which includes skin and bones, climbed 70 percent to 57,909 tonnes, the company said in an emailed statement today. Fodder production more than doubled to 163,370 tonnes and meat procession gained 2 percent to 33,000 tonnes.
