Members Danish Crown turn to politicians

11-02-2008 | |

Instigated by pressure from Danish Crown members, the Danish Meat Association (DMA) will turn to Danish parliament and government for help.

The reason behind this is the bad situation for pig producers in the country. The members call for European measures relating to the bad market situation and high feeding costs.

The members fear that organisations in Germany and France will manage to have their own national measures in place, leaving the Danish empty-handed.
