Hipra launches new sow products in Europe

Spanish veterinary company Hipra, headquartered near Girona, Spain, has announced the extension of its Gestavet range for swine.

The new products (Gestavet 3000 and 600) are a combination of chorionic and serum gonadotrophin, in injectable freeze-dried tablets for pigs. It is indicated for induction and synchronisation of heat in sows.

Availability
The products will be available in 11 European Union countries, after obtaining their registration approval through a mutual recognition procedure. The range was already marketed in other countries in Europe and in the rest of the world.

Gestavet 600 is available in a single dose presentation, while Gestavet 3000 is available in a five dose presentation.
