AMI: Special benefits for first-time exhibitors at 2012 expo
AMI is offering a new package of benefits and promotional opportunities at no cost for first-time exhibitors at the AMI Meat, Poultry & Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition, to be held 1-3May 2012, at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.
Show management has created a high profile pavilion at the front of the Expo featuring new exhibitors, exclusively. These booths will also be part of the pre-show “Hard Hat” tour for VIP attendees; eligible companies will receive additional complimentary badges for their key customers.
Promotional benefits include a one-time mailing to all pre-registered attendees, a customized e-mail invitation to the exhibitor’s best customers announcing the company’s participation and added exposure online and onsite. In addition, new exhibitors are invited to place a free web banner ad on the home page of
http://www.amiexpo.com/ and place a special link within the online exhibitor’s listing.
“Many small companies and companies new to the industry are concerned about participating in a large show and being lost in the shuffle,” said AMI Vice President of Convention and Exposition Services Anne Halal.
“This package offers them a great advantage in terms of exposure and promotion. The number one reason for attendees to visit the show is to discover and buy the newest innovative technology that helps solve problems for their businesses. So improving the visibility of these new exhibitors not only helps them, but attendees, too.”
