Russia lifts pork carcass ban on Ukraine facility

Russia has lifted the ban on pork half-carcasses produced by the Ukrainian company PJSC ‘APK-Invest’ following guarantees made by Ukraine’s State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service.

PJSC is a pig slaughter, dressing, storage, meat product manufacturing facility, located in Donetsk Oblast.

The restrictions were placed on imports from this facility following the results of the inspection carried out by the Rosselkhoznadzor experts in July, 2012.
