Using a Danish concept to reach 30 piglets per sow per year in Asia. This is one of the topics at the Hamlet Protein event at the upcoming VIV Asia.

Denmark is known for their efficient pig production and even reaching more than 30 piglets per sow per year. Jørgen Lindberg, CEO at Scandinavian Farms will explain how the Danish Farm Concept, which is marketed throughout the world, can be used by Asian pig farms as well.

On the poultry side, Dr Paul Iji will update the audience on how to improve the early nutrition of broiler chickens. Dr Iji is a Professor of Animal Science at the University of New England (UNE), Armidale, Australia.

The events will take place during the VIV Asia on March 12. Pig session is held between 3-4pm. Poultry session is held between 1.30-2.30pm and 4.30-5.30pm.  There is still room for the pig session and the poultry session at 1.30. Sign up here.
