Focus on amino acids

In most diets for young pigs, protein (amino acids) is the most expensive nutrient after energy. Research on refining requirements for amino acids in pig diets is needed to improve efficiency and cost of production. Below are brief reviews of recent research presented at the annual meeting of the American Society of Animal Science.
