Easy-cleaning system for creep feeding troughs
With growing numbers of swine producers interested to feed liquid creep feeding to newborn piglets, Netherlands-based MS Schippers introduced a round easy-to-clean trough.
The inside of the so-called MS Cleanfeeder, which was launched at EuroTier, Hanover, Germany, is spiral-shaped – this facilitates the cleaning with four brushes that come in combination with the trough. Propelled by an electronic screw driver, cleaning is easy – all food remains will disappear through a hole on the side of the trough.
Cleaning this way will leave the 1.5 litre trough empty, clean and dry.
