Vietnam: Rotten pig meat seized
In Da Nang, police seized a tonne of rotten pig organs. The illegal meat is from a processing unit in Lien Chieu District.
The rotten pig organs were discovered inside foam containers, while the owner of the firm could not produce valid paperwork to officers for the meat.
The owner had stated that she wanted to sell the meat in the northern provinces, and that she has purchased the meat from slaughterhouses and markets.
