US: 2011 Illinois Pork Expo shifted to a later date

The Illinois Pork Producers Association (IPPA) has rescheduled the 2011 Illinois Pork Expo to take place 15-16 Feb. at the Peoria Civic Center.

The show was initially scheduled for 1 – 2 Feb. 2011, however due to snowstorm weather predictions, the date has been shifted.
 
According to officials of the event IPPA officials, the expo will have the same schedule – with the IPPA annual meeting starting at 10 a.m. on 15 Feb. and the trade show which will start on 15 Feb at noon and running until 6 p.m., with the IPPA awards banquet starting at 6:15 p.m.
 
All hotel room reservations will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
