The Americas focus on a safer food supply
Santiago, Chile was the location of a recent conference of food animal authorities from North and South America. Leaders from government, academics and industry, from each side of the equator, were asked to comment on the future of veterinary medicine and how the three sectors could work more closely together to ensure a safer food supply.
