Polish production moves towards the safety of specialization and size
The Pig and Poultry Farm Show organised in Poznan from 12-13 April confirmed a major Polish trend: the smallest farms are progressively disappearing while the large farms are investing for the future, becoming increasingly specialised and searching for reliable partners.
