People: Phytobiotics expands Asian team

Phytobiotics has expanded their team in Asia with two new appoints in China and India.

Dr Ekachai Tanapattananuphap has been appointed, from May 2014, the General Manager China, and SP Ramakrishna, since July 2014, a Business Development Manager India.

In his new position Dr Tanapattananuphap will foremost develop and maintain the business contacts for Chinese customers. Tanapattananuphap graduated from Kasertsart University in Bangkok as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1984. He then worked in different positions from Project Manager to Key Account Manager to Sales Director and General Manager in several national and international pharma, animal health and animal production companies in Thailand and China. Throughout this time Tanapattananuphap gained experiences in broiler and pig production; however, he is also skilled in the dairy segment.

Ramakrishna comes from Hyderabad and has 11 years of marketing experience in several animal health companies. In his previous position, he was the Marketing Manager of Biomin Singapore Pet Ltd. In addition to his hands-on experience, he completed a Master’s degree in Business (MBA) with a Marketing major.
