11-01-2010 | |

Rudolph Foods Company, from California, USA, is recalling about 100 kg of pork skin products.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) the products are recalled because they had been mislabelled and include an undeclared allergen: milk.

The pork products were produced in the end of December, 2009, and were sent to distributors in©Southern California.

The company discovered the problem during a product check. No messages of adverse reactions were reported to the FSIS.
