C.P. Pokphand Co Ltd to buy Modern State Investments
C.P. Pokphand Co Ltd, the Hong Kong-listed affiliate of Thailand’s Charoen Pokphand Group will buy Modern State Investments Ltd.
It is said that the purchase will be for HK $4,735 billion, gaining livestock feed and production facilities in Vietnam.
Modern State, registered in the British Virgin Islands controls 70.82% of CP Vietnam, the integrated livestock and aquaculture company.
