Alltech’s 2011 International Symposium to kick off
Alltech’s 27th Annual International Animal Health and Nutrition Symposium kicks off this Sunday, May 22, in Lexington, Kentucky, with a record number of more than 2100 attendees from 72 countries and 46 U.S. states.

Several plenary sessions – Monday, May 23 beginning at 9 a.m. EST and Tuesday, May 24 beginning at 1:30 p.m. EST – will be available for live and on-demand streaming via Alltech’s

Alltech’s 2011 International Symposium is intended to be an industry time-out, providing opportunities for professionals to huddle in specialised breakout sessions – including aquaculture, beef, dairy, equine, poultry, pig production, pet food, regulatory, food quality, traceability, and communicating directly with the consumer using new media strategies. All sessions will be dedicated to the open discussion of creative game-changing strategies for revolutionising industry practices and redefining its future.
