Last week (11 July) the Polish authorities report its fourth outbreak of Africa Swine Fever (ASF) in the country.
According to the OIE report a wild boar, which had died of ASF, was found on the 4th of July near Wiejky village of Gródek municipality, Białystok County in Podlaskie Voivodeship. The diagnosis was confirmed by the National reference laboratory.
This latest report brings the ASF cases in Poland to 12 – all wild boar.
